I'm thinking to get another hard drive, dump all my data & programs to it, and try a complete re-install of Windows but one hopes that Terry Stockdale can come up with a more sophisticated "surgical strike" The problem is not with the drivers, for I have connected that Samsung to my laptop via a USB cable and it prints just fine. In fact, I cannot keep the print spooler on no matter what jimmying I do in the services menus.
